NATURAL FIRST AID & HEALTH MAINTENANCE: Sunday, July 17,
3:00 - 6:00, Port Townsend Grange. Donation. Pre-registration is
appreciated. This is the premiere of this class, so ending time is
approximate.
Discover natural, simple, holistic methods to help you cope with daily
health needs and emergencies, including broken bones, colds and flu,
stomach upsets, overtaxed muscles, stress, headaches, emotional trauma,
constipation and insomnia. Learn sound principles for ongoing good
health—some of which may surprise you!
A diverse spectrum of techniques and products will be demonstrated or
discussed, including medicinal herbs, Brain Gym, homeopathy,
breathwork, aromatherapy, healing foods, mini massage, reflexology, and
energy work. Leave with a Toolkit of great methods and products.

All classes run by Barbara personally are on a love offering, or koha, basis. This means each participant determines whether and how much they pay. To arrange for classes for groups or
institutions, contact Barbara. For classes run by others, contact the sponsoring group.
Most class sizes are limited, so pre-registration is required. To register, contact the person listed above to find out where to send a deposit. Include your name, contact information, and the name of the class you are registering for. An email will not hold a place in class for you -- a deposit is required. (If you can't afford a deposit, we will make special arrangements.)
Upon receipt of your deposit, you will be sent a confirmation with the details about the class.
If there is not enough time to mail a deposit, or for more information, call the contact person listed above.
Deposits are refundable up to two weeks before the class. Deposits for last-minute
cancellations will be refunded if someone is found to take your place in class.
Barbara is currently in the Chicago area in the USA. She will be in
the Seattle area (Port Townsend, Washington) approximately June 1,
2007, for a stay of 6-8 weeks, possibly longer. She expects to return
to that area in winter of 2007. Arrangements are in process for a
return to New Zealand (for 1-3 months) in (New Zealand's) spring of
